How does a new project with Ruqaba start?
Every engagement begins with a discovery call covering your market, audience and commercial goals. We then agree scope, timeline, budget and the KPIs we will report against before any production starts.
Do I need a long contract?
Retainers are month-to-month. We recommend at least three months for social and paid media so creative testing and audience data have time to compound.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. Upgrades start as soon as we confirm capacity. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle so the current month's production plan is not disrupted.
