What digital marketing services does Ruqaba offer in Dubai?
We cover brand strategy, graphic design, social media marketing, Meta ads, video editing, SEO-ready web development and ongoing retainers. Most clients start with one channel and add others once the first numbers come in.
How does a new project with Ruqaba start?
Every engagement begins with a discovery call covering your market, audience and commercial goals. We then agree scope, timeline, budget and the KPIs we will report against before any production starts.
Do I need a long contract?
Retainers are month-to-month. We recommend at least three months for social and paid media so creative testing and audience data have time to compound.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. Upgrades start as soon as we confirm capacity. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle so the current month's production plan is not disrupted.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, card and standard online payment methods. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month; project work is typically split into a kickoff and a completion invoice.
What is included in onboarding?
Kickoff workshop, channel audit, strategy outline, content calendar setup and pixel/analytics checks — included in every plan, not billed as extras.
